Per this article, Nested Tables are now supported in Confluence Clou... - Atlassian Community, I'm trying to nest a table within a table, but when previewing and publishing the page, I see 'extension' in place of the nested table.
How can I get the nested table to display when the page is published?
Can you share a screenshot of what you see? that will help us to replicate and narrow down why you are seeing that message.
Is it the standard table macro or another 3rd party macro?

Hi @joelle_boich welcome to the community. I took a quick look at Atlassian's Jira Site as well as setup a table within a table and published my page and wasn't able to replicate the issue that you are having. Is this happening for all users? Have you tried a different browser? I'm using Edge. Could you possibly post an example that you use to reproduce the issue? It's possible I'm doing something slightly different than you are.
You do have an Enterprise license, if you have a way to replicate the issue, your System Administrator could enter a ticket with Atlassian Support and get their feedback.
If there is a JIRA ticket entered for Atlassian to look at, feel free to post it here so people could vote for and watch it for updates.
Hope that helps.

It's a table nested in a table that is nested in a Mosaic Tab.
The first image shows it in Edit mode
The secont image is preview and published as "extension".

Hello Joelle
Have you tried publishing the tables outside of the Mosaic tab? Is the nested table then displayed?
Mosaic tabs come from a 3rd party app, and in Confluence cloud Atlassian prevents nesting of some solutions.
Kind regards,
Mattia

Adding to @Mattia _Communardo_ , Nested macros are not supported in Cloud. Especially with 3rd party apps.
There is limited support for nested macros, at the moment, for some standard Confluence macros. But not 3rd party.
