Question: does Confluence have support for nested groups in their roadmap?

Hi Peter,

Confluence server has supported nested groups for external directories such as LDAP since version 3.5: Support nested groups. We have this guide with more details: Managing Nested Groups

For the Confluence internal directory, we have this suggestion ticket open: Ability to create Nested Groups on Confluence Internal Directory Based on the status of the issue I do not think it is scheduled to be worked on but you may communicate directly with the development team by commenting/voting on the issue. Doing so will add you as a watcher on the ticket so you will know if the status is updated.
