Need to create a specific tracker in Confluence

Hello,

I'd like to start tracking my team's vacation plan in a page in Confluence. Is there by any chances a plugin that offers this capability?

If not, any page templates that I could refer to?

Probably the easiest thing is to use Team Calendars. It allows you to create different event types and overlay some or all of them on your calendar. You can create a "corporate holiday" event for all company holidays, and also a "team leave" event and show only one or both on the calendar, for example.
