Need help with support ticket - CA-3188453.

I have accidentally requested cancellation of JIRA product. I need to undo it. If the ticket is not addressed in next 24-48 hours, my product will be cancelled by 11th Oct 2024. Need support on priority

Hi @Arpita Tewary  Welcome to the community! 

As per the attached screenshot, you can click on the Undo Cancellation option so cancel this request.

@Manoj Gangwar - When I click on undo, I am redirected to raise support ticket section for which I have already raised a ticket.

You can raise a P1 ticket with Atlassian on the below link.

It shows as Priority level 3, however, it is P0 at my end. Requesting for urgent response
