I have accidentally requested cancellation of JIRA product. I need to undo it. If the ticket is not addressed in next 24-48 hours, my product will be cancelled by 11th Oct 2024. Need support on priority

As per the attached screenshot, you can click on the Undo Cancellation option so cancel this request.
@Manoj Gangwar - When I click on undo, I am redirected to raise support ticket section for which I have already raised a ticket.

It shows as Priority level 3, however, it is P0 at my end. Requesting for urgent response

We can see that you have received a reply in the billing ticket and the cancellation was undone.
