Hello. I was the owner of the free Cloud site yuliaz.atlassian.net. I didn't log in for several months due to inactivity, and it was deactivated. Now the contact form says "Sorry, we can't find this Cloud URL". Could a staff member please check if there is any backup left of this site on your servers? If the site itself cannot be reactivated, please provide me with a data export or any information that was stored there. I would be extremely grateful, as this information has been accumulating for years and is very important to me. Thank you.
Hello @Julia ZANINA
This article from @Trudy P Claspill explains how free sites deactivation works.
I requested support to review your site (you don't specify how many months....)
Having said that, this is a community support forum and we don't have access to specific sites, so there's only so much we can do here.
We're sorry to hear your site has been deactivated.
We can confirm the site was deactivated and no longer exists, adding to the flow mentioned in the article shared by Kris here: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-articles/Atlassian-Jira-JSM-Confluence-Free-Tier-Inactivity-amp-Data/ba-p/3251237
Since restores are not supported, and also the site no longer exists and it was deactivated/deleted back in April, this is something we wouldn't be able to help.
We're sorry we can't help in this situation, but if you have any backup taken (highly recommended) you can still use it to restore any of your data into a new Cloud site.
Regards,
Jessica
