I'm trying to change the default confluence backup directory. I tried following the below article (i'm an admin), but I can't find the 'gear' icon to navigate to the General Configuration > Backup administration page. Can someone please advise how to get to this admin screen so I can change my backup?
I have no idea why the gear icon would be missing, but you can browse to the backup page with url? https://<Instance Name>/admin/dailybackupadmin.action just replace <Instance Name> with your confluence name.
