Navigation map not pulling labels

Hi - I've labeled some pages and added a navigation map marco to pull in these labels/pages. I have then changed the name of these pages and the navigation map stopped pulling the correct page. It displays a message "The page you were looking for may have been renamed to the following". Even if I add new labels to the pages, the navigation map doesn't recognize these new labels. Any idea why this might be happening?

my first try would be to rebuild the search index. What happens if you create a new nav map macro with the same settings to anther page?
