do you have any batch file to Edit the my.cnf file (my.ini on Windows operating systems)

to Set default-character-set=utf8

i found many modifecation in MySQL to Set default-character-set=utf8:

Hi,

Atlassian doesn't provide a script to edit the MySQL configuration file. The article you linked is our guide for setting up MySQL.
