We are facing some issues regarding the email server setting of the MyJobPlanet.com website.
Indeed, only the admin@myjobplanet.com email address is working well (send and receive emails / linked to the contact us page).
We made series of testing regarding the other email addresses, please find them enclosed of the email; nevertheless, none of them was working and we did not receive any email after sending emails directly through the myjobplanet website.
That issue concern the Employer and Candidate Sign Up page, I reckon that it could be linked to the none setting of the employer and candidate email addresses.
Please provide quick answers on these issues as the project becomes urgent.

Have you set up the Atlassian stack to send emails correctly? Pick one of them and try the "test email" option in the email server admin screen (Jira has the most functional one) - what does that tell you the email server says?

Actually, I am using cpanel and i am not sure about the service provider; since I would like the email configuration...
