Hi @Alexander Dukhanin

I would check the date on the deactivation email first, since timing decides what is still possible.

Free Jira, JSM, and Confluence subscriptions are deactivated after 40 days of inactivity. API calls do not count, only real interactions like logging in or opening a page. After deactivation, you have a short window to request restoration, and the data is permanently deleted on the 55th day.

If you are still within that window, go to support.atlassian.com > Contact support > Billing, payments and pricing, then select Reactivate a subscription and provide your site URL. Billing support can restore the site with the data intact.

You can find more information here: @Trudy P Claspill wrote:

Hi Martin! Thanks for your reply. Am I correct in assuming that it's not possible to restore a subscription? Can I only import the data?

Hello @Alexander Dukhanin

A Free subscription that has been deactivated can only be restored with the data being recovered if that action is taken within 14 days of the deactivation, as mentioned in the article I wrote and which @Martin Runge referenced.

After 14 days Atlassian will permanently delete your data.

(Thanks for the shout out Martin!)
