Hello,

My confluence space is not available anymore. I have been on maternity leave for 3 months and just came back finding this issue.

I am surprised as I have taken a look into my email and I did not receive any warning about deactivating the account.  My space was silviajimeneznavarro95

Hello @siljimeneznavarro

Atlassian deactivates Free Confluence subscriptions after a period of inactivity, and it usually sends warning emails to site administrators beforehand.

You should also take a look at Trudy's article because it brings you couple of insights and explanations Atlassian Jira/JSM/Confluence Free Tier Inactivity... - Atlassian Community

You should check this immediately:

admin.atlassian.com → Billing → Subscriptions → Inactive

Best,
