My name does not appear in Space Contributors in Insights

I create pages, edit pages, but my name does not appear in Insights.

Welcome to Atlassian Community. It's nice to meet you!

It sounds like something has gone out-of-sync on your Cloud site, and this can usually be resolved by a reindexing or re-associating of your user.

We'll need to do this for you in Support. You can report this issue to your Cloud Site Admin, and then they can raise the ticket with Cloud Support.
