My confluence space is unavailable

My personal confluence cloud space is unavailable. I did not use it for a 2 months due to personal reasons, but now it says it is not loading. When I log to Confluence I cannot see the space: could it have been deleted?

Hi @Nelson Ferreira , your post indicates "Premium" tier. If that is the case your instance should remain active unless you stopped paying. If you are actually on "Free" tier then it could be deactivated after I believe 90d of inactivity. In either case please open a ticket here choosing the billing option.

@Nelson Ferreira @Jack Brickey has covered the case if you are talking about a personal instance of Confluence.

If you are talking about your personal Space inside your company's Confluence instance, I would advise you to speak to your Confluence or Atlassian Admin within your company. They may have a process that removes personal spaces that are not used for a set amount of time.

If this is the case and they first archive the space, rather than deleting it, they should be able to make it active again.
