I logged into Confluence today after being inactive for about 30–60 days, and I discovered that my entire space is missing. When I try to access it using the exact URL, I receive the following message:

Page unavailable

Hello @ahsanskhan

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Were you using a Free subscription?

If so, Atlassian has a policy about deactivating and deleting Free subscriptions that are left inactive. I posted an article about it here:

Atlassian Jira/JSM/Confluence Free Tier Inactivity & Data Deletion Timeline

We can't post identical articles in multiple forums so in the Confluence Articles folder I posted a link to it within this article:

Free Confluence Cloud Deactivation Due to Inactivity - How did it happen and what can you do?

The short answer is if it was a Free subscription it is possible that Atlassian deactivated it due to inactivity, after which there is a short grace period before they permanently delete the data. Your data may already be permanently deleted.

Review the article above for details on how to look for clues and how to contact Atlassian for an authoritative answer.

Good luck!
