Get a blank screen from the invite after clicking. when they ask to join, they get a gray screen. I've gone through permissions several times, and everything seems correct.
Hi @William Ryan Hunt - are you using cloud or server version? Can you give us more details on how you got through invitation? Did you make all settings for the new users/usergroups?
Did you check through global to space to site permission? Only saying because I had the same problem yesterday, everything seemed fine and I forgot the global permission for the new user group.
