pre-flight check:

- update browser and extensions (did you add a new extension?)

- Do you still have the permission to upload attachements?

- did you try multiple ways of uploading images? (drag/drop, copy paste from an image editor, via menu...

Hi @Noel James are you using Confluence Cloud or Server? You don't mention that in your post. I'm using Confluence Cloud and not having issues with uploading images.

Could you try another PC, or does this happen with another user? Have you rebooted your PC in awhile? If not, I would try rebooting and then try it again.
