We were using Confluence Cloud on the Free plan, and one of our space codexplore.atlassian.net suddenly disappeared. We are not sure what happened — whether it was deleted, hidden, or renamed.
Unfortunately, we don’t have access to the Audit Log on the Free plan, so we can’t check who might have deleted or changed it.
Is there any way to:
- Recover a deleted space on the Free plan?
- Find out who deleted or modified the space?
- Contact Atlassian support or get help restoring the content?
We don’t have a backup or export, and the space had important pages we’d like to recover.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the community.
In your case you can just try to contact the support but since you're in the free plan I'm not sure if they will be able to restore your data.
You can also look at this page to see if you can find it (may be someone just deleted your permissions)
