My Confluence app disappeared

I had my App in Confluence, but I stopped using it for a while due to a pause, and today I wanted to use it to check the project documentation, but I realized I can no longer access the documentation. I tried adding the Confluence app back to App, but it wouldn't let me add it either to recover the documentation.

Are you using the free plan of Confluence? Here are some helpful facts about inactivity and data deletion, especially if you haven't been active or responded to Atlassian's automatic emails.

My article doesn't address this particular case of not being able to add the app back to your site. That is usually due to the cancellation and deletion process not yet being fully complete.

You can reach out to Atlassian Billing, Licensing, and Pricing support to find our conclusively if that is the case or if there is another reason the app can't be added.
