Multimedia macro

Hey - when i select the multimedia macro, i have no way of searching and selecting for a file but others on my teammate are able to do so. How can I fix this?

Hi Madison,

Are your colleagues trying on the same page as you? What is the difference between the options they see and what you see? Please attach a screen shot from a teammate's computer where it works and one from your macro when you can't choose files. If a teammate logs into Confluence on your computer can they still choose multimedia files?
