I created a page using the multi excerpt macros so that I could push daily updates to multiple dashboards using multi excerpt include. In another post, disabling the cache allowed the macro to accept the updates, but I have found that they still do not update.
Is there something else that I'm missing that would allow the updates to be pushed to the pages as intended?
Any insight or recommendations are welcome.
Thank you in advance!
Kim
Check the cache settings for the macro, both at the individual level and then the global settings.
Hi Bill,
Thank you for your response.
Can you please let me know how I would do that? I just started using Confluence a few months ago, and I appreciate your help and patience.
Happy Friday!
Kim

If you look, there is for each excerpt a disable caching function. Try selecting that to see if it fixes the issue:
If that doesn't resolve the issue, then you need someone with admin rights to change the global setting in the console. Details are here:

Hi Bill,
It looks like I don't have the permissions to update that caching function. I'll contact my Confluence administrators to help with that.
Thank you so much for your help and the screen shots.
Best regards,
Kim
