Moving of a Confluence Page is not allowed - Error Message about Restrictions

Hello Experts.

I am the owner of a Confluence Page that is currently in Space#1. I have duplicated this page and trying to move the "duplicated copy" to another space Space#2. 

However, Confluence does not allow me to move this page. It shows an error message as below:

You can’t move restricted content to this space
This content is restricted, and you don’t have permission to create restricted content in the new space. Remove restrictions before moving it.

Please let me know how I can overcome this issue.

Are there page restrictions set on the page or on its parent page or a page farther up in its heirarchy?

If so those restrictions will have to be removed before you can move the page?

If you want to retain the restrictions you will need the Restrictions permission in the destination space.
