Moving an attachment

Hello. We use confluence 5.1.2 According to the documentation (According to the documentation), If I have "add page" and "add attachment" permissions I can move attachment between pages. However I get message that I can not remove attachment from page.

It seems you need to have the remove attachement permission too. That's only normal if you want to move the attachement instead of copying it.
