Modify "Attachment Download Security Policy" in Confluence cloud

Hi,

I won't to stop receiving attachments over Email in confluence cloud. I enter "edit" mode for "security configuration"  but the setting is grayed out and isn't modifiable. Any idea what is going on?

It seems for Confluence cloud, you need to create Support ticket at http://support.atlassian.com requesting the change to be done in your instance.  Please find the screenshot bellow for the same.
