Missing option to link text with attached files

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I cannot link a marked text in my confluence page with attached image, pdf, etc., but only with an URL.
Firstly, I upload an image at confluence page.
When I select a world and I would like to link it with image, I press Ctrl+K in order to provide the name of the image, but the option to link with attachment is missing.
I can only link text with url.
Moreover some other features are missing. below you can see how is the toolbar when i create a new page.
