Missing images when exporting to pdf (Confluence 6.14.1)

Kuan Yong Wong July 19, 2019

The exported PDF has only some of the images missing and the document is only about 5-7 A4 pages long.

The following log entry was found in atlassian-confluence.log:

2019-07-19 15:00:56,330 WARN [https-jsse-nio2-8443-exec-25] [confluence.extra.flyingpdf.ConfluenceExportUserAgent] getImageResource Could not retrieve image resource http://confluence.klass.dev:8443/download/attachments/3047480/image2019-2-28_11-15-27.png?version=1&modificationDate=1551323728275&api=v2 during Confluence export

Any idea where to start figuring out what the problem is?

Hello Kuan Yong Wong,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

For the images that are missing, do they have any special formatting? Are they all aligned some way, such as centered on the page? Are they in a table? Created in a specific application?

Try to determine if there's a shared detail between all the missing images; it will help us to determine why they aren't showing up.

Thank you!

Regards,

Shannon
