Missing JAR files

I upgraded Confluence from version 6.3.1 to version 6.10.2 on Linux.  After the upgrade I started Confluence and received the error:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: /opt/atlassian/confluence/webapps/../confluence/WEB-INF/lib/analytics-api-5.2.20.jar (No such file or directory)

I look at the install home directory and then inside confluence/WEB-INF/lib/ and I see a file named analytics-api-5.6.0.jar, but not analytics-api-5.2.20.jar.

I extracted analytics-api-5.2.20.jar from the zip backup created before the upgrade, now I get the error:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: /opt/atlassian/confluence/webapps/../confluence/WEB-INF/lib/atlassian-scheduler-api-1.7.0.jar (No such file or directory)

I have even tried starting Confluence by disabling all add-ons: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-clear-confluence-plugins-cache-297664846.html?_ga=2.123087437.756470210.1535467665-1021663150.1531774881

I still get the java.io.FileNotFoundException error after trying to disable all add-ons

I search through configurations to see what is referencing these files, but I can't find any configurations referencing these files.  It appears that the upgrade went through, but some where these old files are being referenced?
