We want to migrate from on premise to cloud confluence. But we had just a migration from on premise MFA to Azure MFA because that was EOL. The on premise doenst work anymore. And did forget admin MFA configuration. So now we can't login anymore with admin, because that is going to the old on premise MFA. How can i fix this?
@Nico Post Welcome to the Atlassian community
I want to make sure I have this correct. Your Cloud Confluence site is tied to your retired on premise MFA and you are no longer able to login to the Cloud Confluence instance?
If that is the case then you will need to work with Atlassian support to get access setup again. Are you on a paid version?
We are now on on premise Confluence and want to migrate to Confluence Cloud. Already made a cloud site Logius-koop.atlassian.net. We have license for that.
But we locked ourself out in the Confluence on premise because we also had on premise MS MFA and needd that to migrate to Azure MS MFA. That because of EOL of the on premise MFA. So we can't use that anymore.

@Nico Post gotcha. You can follow this to recover admin access on the data center instance https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/restore-passwords-to-recover-admin-user-rights-158390.html
