Migrating to Confluence OnDemand

We've been using the download version of Confluence at our company for a while. Now we'd like to move to OnDemand. I've signed up for OnDemand, but in Confluence Admin I cannot find the option to import a backup made from our current Download version of Confluence which runs on our own servers.

Any help would be appreciated.

As we have many spaces I was hoping there would be a full export/import feature somewhere, but it seems that is not possible. Thanks for the pointer though
