Migrated server to cloud, broken URL links

We recently migrated our Confluence Server to the Cloud and have noticed that page links (to other pages) are still referring to the old server instance.  Now I know that in a server to server migration you can adapt the base URL to correct links but what do we do when migrating to the cloud?  Also, even if we find a way to update the base URL in bulk I've noticed in the Cloud version that some pages now have unique Page IDs in the URL that aren't present on the internal server so this is another hurdle.  Is there anything that can be done?

Thanks,
