@AMARJIT GHOSH Please follow the below steps and reach out to me if you have any questions

Before decommissioning the old servers, make sure to back up all critical data from your Confluence instance. This includes documents, pages, configurations, and any other important information stored on the servers

Verification: Double-check that the data backup is complete and accurate. You want to ensure that all necessary information is safely stored and accessible after decommissioning the servers

Testing: It's a good idea to perform tests on the backup data to confirm its integrity. This helps ensure that you can successfully restore the data if needed in the future.

Documentation: Document the backup process and any other relevant information related to the decommissioning of the old servers. This documentation will be helpful for future reference and for any team members who need to understand the process.

Decommissioning: Once everything is in order, you can proceed with decommissioning the old server nodes. This may involve shutting down the servers, removing them from the network, and repurposing or disposing of them according to your organization's policies.
