My Environment has confluence 5.8.18 on one server and that plan is to install Latest 6.15 version into another new sever. Then migrate content from old server to new server.
Please suggest if there is any limitations to that.

Avinash,
There can be limitations to what you are suggesting. There are no problems from a Confluence perspective moving from 5.8.15 to 6.15 according to this page.
There can be issues with the underlying supported platforms. For example, Confluence 5.8 supports only PostgresSql 9.2 and 9.3 whereas 6.15 supports 9.4, 9.5, and 9.6.
If you were using postgres on the 5.8 version you currently have installed, you would need to upgrade to a version of Confluence which supports both 9.3 and either 9.4, 9.5, or 9.6. You would need to then transfer that Confluence database to a supported version and continue with the upgrade to the latest Confluence version.
Without knowing your underlying platforms, I cannot provide any specific recommendations for the upgrade process, but there are several things that you should do throughout the upgrade process.
1) Review all release and upgrade notes between 5.8 and 6.15 https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/confluence-release-notes-327.html
2) Review all upgrade notes between 5.8 and 6.15
3) Review supported platforms for the current version you are on and the version you are moving to in order to ensure that you will be supported throughout your move.
4) Perform in a staging environment first.
5) Make sure you provide enough resources for synchrony to operation (1 gb on top of Confluences normal requirement).
This is a big move, but it should be worth it once you've gotten there!
Thanks,
Kian
