Migrate Confluence evaluation server to production

According to this KB article I need to migrate from the evaluation DB to an external DB when I'm ready to move from Eval to Prod. https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf69/from-confluence-evaluation-through-to-production-installation-950285784.html

I'm at this stage now but can the system be upgraded in-place on the same server or must the 'Production' version be setup on an entirely separate server?

I'd prefer to keep everything on the same server.

Hi @J Copeland ,

Best practice would have a separate install for production and keep the evaluation for your testing purposes in future.
