Managing Jira issues from Confluence

Hello,

Is there a way to manage jira tasks and transitions from confluence directly. No only creation of tasks or displaying of them, but also being able to transition a task from a status to another or edit the assigned directly from Confluence.

Hi Osama,

No, you can't directly update Jira from Confluence. Though updates in Jira will automatically be reflected in Confluence depending on the macros used.

Confluence offers some degree of integration with Jira, direct task transitions and detailed management are best handled within Jira itself.
