Manage Confluence Search Default Filters

Hello there!

We have this good search engine in Confluence.

Is there a way to configure which filters are displayed there? Is there a way to add some filters "by default" in this left list without going to Advanced search?

We use "metadata for Confluence" and we would like to improve this search engine by adding some facets to easily search with some metadata values. But it seems the search UI is not configurable at all in Confluence, and I havn't found any additional app to do so. 

Do you have some ideas to improve this UI?
