Mails scheduled for batching are not shown in mailqueue

hi all,

i have the following configuration:
send batched notifications: 0 0/10 * 1/1 * ? *
flush mail queue: 60

but i can't see any mails in the mail- or error-queue during this period.
how can i check to whom mails are sent if i have support-tickets from users complaining, that they don't get a mail they should?

I would suggest using email debug mode so you can see what is occurring and if emails are being sent in the logs.  https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/enable-mail-debugging-mode-in-confluence-data-center-and-server-1155157508.html
