Macro (similar to children display) that lists pages in other work spaces with the same page title?

Hi there,  We have two different spaces called "Vendor information" and "Technical documentation".  I'd like to have a macro at the top of all child pages in these two spaces that essentially provide cross-links between similarly named (or labeled) pages.

Where should I begin my search for something like this?

I think I may have found a solution... I'm going to see if the "Include Page Macro" will do this for me...
