Macro for content automation

looking for a maco that can be embedded into a page that allows user to define where throughout the spaces pages and docs, some text can be placed automatically throughout the documents, say a clients name that renders a set of generic documents into a client-tailored content without going through every document and typing the text in space? ( sorry new to atlassian)

Hi @Techsembly Support , welcome to the Community!

Are you speaking about variables perhaps? They're a special macro that can be used in Page Templates, so that every time you create a new Page based off a Template, you first need to give any preset variables the applicable value (e.g. You can have 30 instances of VariableA within the template that will all be set to a client's name once you enter this value)
