Macro filer results Jira responds slow

Robby Klee September 6, 2021

I have a user with mutiple Jira filters in filter result macros on one Confluence site within a space. When you open the site it is loading 2-3 sec. and some of the macros will be left empty (white space, no text at all). When you wait another 6 sec. and refresh the site, all results are shown. It is randow which marco on the site is affected.

I copied the site in my personal space to investigate the isse, but there everything is loaded quickly.

Do you hava any idea why the site loads so slow within the space? And do you have any advice to solve this?

Regards

Robby

He @Robby Klee

Not sure how many filter and issues you are querying, but the more filters and issues have, it will take longer.

I recommend breaking the issue filters into separate pages to reduce the load and also the reduce the # of columns you are displaying as well.

Cheers

Hi again,

is there any possibility to force confluence to load the page as long as it takes till it got all answers form Jira? I'm thinking of some kind of timeout config parameter.

Kind regards
