i've read atlassians KBs

windows user in my team have no trouble connecting...i think linux users as well
any idea of what needs to be done on Mac side to get it working?
thanks
I've confirmed this issue, and filed a bug here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-28845
As a workaround, I was able to get this working with a 3rd party client Cyberduck (http://cyberduck.ch/), can you try accessing with Cyberduck instead?
thx for that hint Neal...

I use a tool like Commander One. Commander One is a robust WebDAV client for Mac with an intuitive two-pane interface and many convenient features for the best connection to remote servers. Move, edit or delete your online files on the server, copy files from one WebDAV server to another in a couple of clicks.
