My emails are in cloud (server) but not can access

I can only access emails for the year 2018

How do I access older email

Atlassian Cloud systems do not include an email system.  I suspect you are in the wrong place here.  If you think you are in the right place, could you tell us which Atlassian system you think is holding the email, and how you've got them into it?
