Lost access to an application?

Good morning!

I have added External Data for Confluence to my account several years ago and have been using it since. I now don't see that I can access it the way that I normally did (Home-> Apps -> select from the dropdown) and don't know how to get to it now.

 

Has anyone else experienced this?

I started checking my access and discovered that I was no longer listed as the Product Admin for Confluence. I added that back to my account and now can access External Data for Confluence.
