Lost MFA

Hello, 

I'm an user of Atlassian, and I use 2-step verification for log in.

However, I lost my MFA by unknown reason and I'm not able to get QR code for new MFA.

I've got a question that, do I have to log in with recovery code for after all? 

I would love to know whether there is any way to get the QR code and register MFA on app again.

You can follow the steps at the bottom of this page if you no longer have the recovery key https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/login-issues-related-to-two-step-verification/ 

If you have it you can login, disable two-step authentication and then set it up again to get the QR code again.
