Hello Friends,
With the changes to how Atlassian is handing metadata, our organization is very concerned as Rovo prompts and responses are being included automatically. Since the only way to truly opt out from contributing this metadata is to upgrade to Enterprise, we're evaluating costs.
I've clicked on the request quote link within Atlassian for Enterprise pricing and even opened a support ticket requesting information. No one has contacted me after selecting the quote link and the support ticket was closed with a note indicating "Atlassian Received." At this point, I'm not entirely certain how to proceed to get a quote?
Is anyone familiar with the process and know how we can get a quote for Enterprise for Confluence ?
Thanks in advance,
Chris
Three paths that actually move:
1. Re-file through the billing door, not the support door. At support.atlassian.com, choose the billing and pricing category, then the "Create a new quote" topic — that routes to Atlassian's customer advocate team instead of product support. If you post the ticket key back in this thread, Atlassian staff who monitor the community can often escalate it.
2. Ask whether you already have an account manager. Organizations on Premium with a few hundred seats often have an assigned Atlassian account executive they've never heard from. Request an introduction in that same billing ticket — a named human changes everything.
3. Use a Solution Partner. Any Atlassian Solution Partner can scope and return a Cloud Enterprise quote, typically in days, at the same pricing you'd get direct. Full transparency: I work at one, so weigh that accordingly — the Atlassian partner directory has plenty to choose from, and the channel costs you nothing.

Hi Chris, I found an Atlassian Pricing Calculator
I think that's what you're looking for. That would at least get you an idea on pricing.
Hope that helps.
