Looking for a reporting App..

Hi Guys.

I'm looking for recomendations to solve a challenge that we got.

We are a consulting company, within Network and Security.

Our sales guys wants our consultants to write a report everytime they have been on a customer case, and send it to the customer, and the sales rep, so that everyone gets a resumé of that has been done, and what needs to be done in the future, and i though that there might be an app for confluence, where we can write a "diary" on the customer and pre-program which emails an update should be sent to.

Has anyone any suggestions to which app might be able to do that?

Hi @Rasmus Alenkær-Jørgensen ,

We can suggest using the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app to partly fulfill your case.

You can have multiple customer reports across your Confluence instance that are collected into one big combined report with the help of the Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include and Table Transformer macros.

Then the result table should be wrapped into the Table Filter macro to filter only relevant data (filtered by customers, dates, priorities, etc.). Here is an example of a such case.

The last step is to export your filtered report (not the full table!) into CSV, pdf or Word formats and send the corresponding files to your customers.

Unfortunately, we don't provide automatically programmed emails delivery.

I will look into it. The automated emailing part is pretty important though :-/
