Looking for Udemy Course Recommendations for ACP-220 Confluence Cloud Administration Exam

When it comes to Atlassian training and courses i would go with Robert Hean. I have attended several of his courses and live trainings and can really recommend them.

1. Which Udemy course did you find most useful
The one by Ravi Lachhman called Confluence Cloud Administration ACP-220 Complete Course was the closest to the actual exam. He covers permissions, space admin, automation, and analytics with real demos. The practice questions at the end are similar in style to the real test. There is also a shorter course by Valerie Silverthorne. It is decent for fundamentals but it skips a few topics like data security and database macros that showed up on my exam.

2. Are there any courses you would recommend avoiding
Avoid any course that says Confluence Server or Data Center only. The exam is Cloud specific and the permission model is different. Also skip courses with no labs. If they just read the docs, you will not get the hands on context you need for scenario questions.

3. How much did the course help compared to official docs and hands-on
Breakdown for me was 50 percent hands on in a free Confluence Cloud site, 30 percent Atlassian University free Skillbuilder paths, 20 percent Udemy. The course helped tie everything together and point out gotchas, but you will fail without actual admin practice. Create a test site and break things on purpose. Set up space permissions, global permissions, page restrictions, and database automation.

4. Additional study resources you would recommend
Atlassian University Confluence Administration Cloud path. It is free and updated often. Go through all the labs.
Atlassian Community ACP study group posts. Search ACP-220 study guide and you will find checklists from people who passed.
The official Exam Topics PDF on the Atlassian certification page. Make sure you can do every item listed.
Set up a free Confluence site and give yourself site admin. Practice archiving spaces, restoring pages, setting up default space permissions, and using analytics.

Tip: The exam loves scenario questions about who can see what. If a user is in group A but the page restriction says group B only, what happens. Hands on is the only way to get those right.
