Logging to jira to run query, hitting an Authentication Error. Please help.

Hi,

our company has subscribed to atlassian.net for

-jira service management

-confluence

When in confluence, I am unable to login to jira and run a jira macro to pull data and getting the following error.

Please define an application link between JIRA and confluence as described in the following article https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-applinks-to-link-to-atlassian-products/

This should fix your issue.
