I'm trying to upload a powerpoint presentation with hyperlinks into Confluence but when I uploaded the file it loses the links.

Hi @Ron Smith welcome to the community.  Is this Confluence Cloud?  Data Center?  Can you describe in a little more detail by what you mean it loses the links.  Maybe a screenshot of what you are trying to describe, this will go a long way to helping find a solution.
