List pages that contain the current user in a given page property?

We need a page properties report that reports pages assigned to the current viewing user, where the assignment is governed by a page property field.

{page properties} and {content by label} allow me to select a static user name but what I'm looking for is relative to the person viewing.

Can this be done without apps (plugins. add ons)?

If not, which apps would you recommend?

I'd like to avoid user macros and overly technical hacks.

Hi Martin,

There's no readily available function for that in Confluence yet, maybe you can use these as a workaround:

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
