List out macros using group name from active directory?

I am trying to clean up my active directory and Confluence groups so they are all uniform in name. I am able to run the script to update the group name for the space permissions and page restrictions, however, I am unable to update the macros within the pages. Is there a way to run a script to see what spaces/pages are using macros that are using group names? If so, is there a way to update those macros via script?
