When I've created a link within a table, it was not highlighted. So the reader has no clue that he could click it to get further information.
This behaviour concerns links in tables and also if a header is the link text.
Our workaround is to change the text color manually to blue. But on the long run that's no good practise.
Since you are in Confluence DC, your best shot may be to fix the CSS.
If you have admin access and can modify the Confluence theme, you can fix this globally by adding CSS that ensures links in tables and headers are styled properly.
If your Confluence uses a non-default theme or has custom CSS applied, check if that theme overwrites link styles in tables/headers. If so, either adjust it as above or switch back to the default theme to confirm.
